Порівняння трансабдомінальної преперитонеальної та герніопластики за Ліхтенштейном при первинній однобічній пахвинній грижі

Abstract

The aim — the comparing of transabdominal preperitoneal and Lichtenstein technic results. Materials and methods. Results of operative treatment of 72 patients who have been operated in clinic of department of surgery and vascular surgery from 2013 to 2015, are analysed. All patients — men, age from 20 to 59 years old. Results and discussion. In 1st group — 35 patients the tranabdominal preperitoneal hernioplasty using polyester 3D-weaving size 15 on 10 centimetres mesh without fixing was made, in 2nd group the Lichtenstein technic using polypropylen size 6 on 12 centimetres mesh was made. In 1 st group the good early results were in 31, satisfactoiy in 4 cases. In 2nd group the good early results were in 32, satisfactory — in 5 cases. Conclusions. 1. Good results of surgical treatment for primary unilateral inguinal hernia in the first group was on 2,09 % more than in the second, and totally they make 87,5 % of them which looks as a high quality of patients life. 2. The peritoneum plastic using bipolar «Patonmed» is reliable, without ligation, also effective in adhesive peritoneal disease prevention for patients who undervent transabdominal preperitoneal hernioplasty.
