The article provides a modern look at the medical and social problem of vaginal infections in women of reproductive age. It is noted that in recent years there has been a tendency to increase their number. So, 15-73% are diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis. The increase in this pathology primarily depends not only on the quality of etiotropic therapy and elimination of the pathogen, but also on the restoration of the vaginal microflora. Therefore, the assessment of the effectiveness of using probiotics to correct dysbiotic conditions in gynecological patients is relevant. We examined and treated 67 patients with vaginal dysbiosis, in whom a probiotic drug was used against the background of complex therapy in order to correct dysbiotic conditions. The above study found that the use of modern probiotics with high antagonistic activity has a high therapeutic effectiveness (in 97% of cases) and can be used as a prevention of reccurency of vaginal dysbiosis in gynecological patients.uk_UA
