Poliomyelitis. Clinical lecture

Abstract

In lectures given clinical peculiarities of different clinical forms of disease depending on the level of injury, disease prognosis and its implications. Also provided criteria for the diagnosis according to WHO recommendations. Particular attention is paid to modern problems of elimination of the disease in the world and Ukraine, presented the history of vaccination against polio and its modern principles. The data of differential diagnosis and laboratory confirmation of diagnosis, a definition of vaссinassosciation polio.
