Название: Prevalence and incidence of patients with stomach cancer complicated by bleeding
Авторы: Hnatiuk, Y.; Kolosovych, I.
Краткий осмотр (реферат): Stomach cancer is one of the most common oncological diseases, ranking 5th in the world in terms of prevalence. Bleeding is the most common complication of this disease – it accounts for about 60-70% of all urgent complications of tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. The incidence of stomach cancer in Ukraine is one of the highest among European countries, reaching 27.1 per 100 thousand population. Despite the introduction of endoscopic research methods, Early diagnosis of stomach cancer remains at a low level. In some patients, stomach cancer is asymptomatic, other patients are treated for a long time for peptic ulcer disease, which masks the malignant process. The topic is relevant and needs to be studied.

Название: Endoscopic and X-ray endovascular methods of treating patients with gastric cancer
Авторы: Hnatiuk, Y.; Kolosovych, I.
Краткий осмотр (реферат): In Ukraine, according to the cancer registry of 2022, the incidence of stomach cancer was 25.5 per 100 thousand population, the mortality rate from this pathology is 19.77 per 100 thousand population. prevalence of the cause of death from malignant diseases, and is one of the most common types of malignant neoplasms and ranks fifth in terms of prevalence worldwide. The use of minimally invasive techniques (endoscopic, hagiographic chemoembolization and combined) within the framework of a generally recognized surgical strategy allows you to postpone surgical intervention and prepare the patient for radical surgery with a full volume of lymphatic dissection according to certain oncological standards, and due to this, improve the results of treatment of patients with stomach cancer complicated by bleeding.

Название: The Role Of Synergistic Use Of Minimally Invasive Techniques In The Staging Of Locally Advanced And Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Авторы: Danylenko, O.; Kolosovych, I.
Краткий осмотр (реферат): Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. According to estimates by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), approximately 1.9 million new CRC cases and more than 900,000 deaths occur worldwide each year, ranking it third in incidence and second in cancer-related mortality globally.

Splenic hyperkinetic syndrome: a universal driver of cirrhotic and non-cirrhotic portal hypertension

Название: Splenic hyperkinetic syndrome: a universal driver of cirrhotic and non-cirrhotic portal hypertension
Авторы: Kozlov, S.; Kolosovych, I.; Yakovenko, N.
Краткий осмотр (реферат): Portal hypertension (PH) is attributed to increased intrahepatic resistance. However, the role of splanchnic
hyperdynamic circulation, specifically excessive inflow, remains underappreciated. We hypothesized that splenic arterial hyperperfusion acts as a universal hemodynamic driver in PH - regardless of etiology - creating a volume overload that the portal system cannot accommodate. This study aims to evaluate the relations between splenic arterial inflow and portal venous flow in patients with established cirrhotic and non-cirrhotic PH.
