Проблема оценки потенциального риска влияния фунгицидов, гербицидов и инсектицидов на население при потреблении картофеля, выращенного с их применением

Abstract

Potato is a multipurpose agricultural crop of great food, technical and forage value. This article discusses the problem of assessing the risk for people’s health when consuming potatoes, during the growing season of which pesticides were used. The risk assessment showed that the studied compounds belong to the 3rd hazard class according to integral hazard index of products consumption – moderately hazardous, with the exception of prometrin, which pertains into hazard class 2 (hazardous) and metalaxyl-M – hazard class 4 (low hazardous). The results obtained should be taken into account when deciding on expanding the scope of the studied pesticides on other crops.
