Гистологические показатели десны крыс при действии адреналина, адреноблокаторов и квертулина на фоне экспериментального дисбиоза

Abstract

The aim. To determine rat gingiva state by histological methods after adrenaline and adrenoblockators actions on background of experimental dysbiosis. The materials and methods. The dysbiosis was reproduced by lincomycin introduced with water in dose 60 mg/kg in during 5 days. Adrenaline, adrenoblockators and quertulin were introduced by oral applications of the gels in during 10 days. Histological researches were made with used hematoxilyn and eosin. The findings. Acantos and hyperkeratosis multi-layer peane epithelium with vacuole degeneration of epitheliocytes were determined into rat gingiva after experimental dysbiosis. The diffusia lymphocyte infiltration and oedema of subepithelium layer stroma was determined into subepithelium layer. The oral application of gel with adrenoblockators made the diffusia lymphocyte and eosinophyle infiltrations of subepithelium layer, infiltrates between epitheliocytes and stroma, which call epithelium exfoliation. The oral applications gels with adrenaline (0,18 mg/kg) has parodontoprotective action as the gel “Quertulin”. Key words: parodonte, dysbiosis, adrenaline, adrenoblockators, quertulin, histology
