Порівняльна пародонтопротекторна ефективність цитофлавіну і квертуліну у щурів з залізодефіцитною анемією

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim. To carry out the comparative study of the influence of the preparations Cytoflavin and Quertulin on periodontium and blood system at asiderotic anemia (AsAn). The materials and methods. The experiments were held with rats, kept to iron-deficient diet (IDD), Cytoflavin (like a paste on white clay) and Quertulin (like gel), applied on gums during 21 days dosed at 0.5 ml per rat. The contents of erythrocytes, leucocytes, hemoglobin and leukogram were determined in blood. The contents of MDA, lactate, pyruvate, activity of elastase, urease, lysozyme, catalase were revealed in gum. The degree of dysbiosis of gum by Levitsky method and antioxidant-prooxidant index API were calculated. The findings. At AsAn the contents of erythrocytes, hemoglobin reduce in blood, considerable leucopenia is observed. Activity of elastase, urease, contents of pyruvate grow, contents of lactate decrease in gum. The applications of the paste with Cytoflavin reduce activity of elastase, urease, contents of pyruvate and increase the contents of lactate. The same effect is achieved with Quertulin, but the last reduces the contents of lactate and restores hepatologic indices partially. The conclusion. At AsAn in periodontium hypoxia, dysbiosis and inflammation develop, and in blood the level of hemoglobin, erythrocytes and leucocytes decreases. Cytoflavin and Quertulin eliminate pathological phenomena in periodontium, but Quertulin restores hematologic indices partially.
