Патоморфологія важких форм туберкульозу легень в сучасних умовах (на прикладі ситуації у Львівській області за десять років – 1992-2001 рр.)

Abstract

The retrospective review examinations are done on the grounds of analysis of 850 autopsia records of the dead with different forms of lung tuberculosis within ten years - 1999-2001. The fibrocavemous pulmonary tuberculosis is mostly observed in clinic and anatomic forms of the disease (59.5%), the greatest number of cases is hematogenetic disseminated lung tuberculosis (31.8%). In the epidemic period it is fixed the reversion of severe forms of the pathology (generalized hematogenetic tuberculosis, casesic pneumonia) that were typical in the past. It is observed the increase of distructural forms of tuberculosis. Predominant casesic-necrotic reactions and a non-specific component of the disease without process limitation, increase of “paraspecific” diseases and secondary infection addition are typical for all clinic and anatomic forms of modern tuberculosis. The number of observations concerning progressive process of tuberculosis has considerably increased. Over the last decade it is noticed the tendency towards increase of lung and heart incompetence as a result of chronic pulmonary heart formation for the direct death reasons because of tuberculosis, as well as increase of pulmonary bleedings and amyloidosis.
