Короткий огляд (реферат): Background and aims: Dexketoprofen reveals the properties of a local anesthetic. The purpose of this study was to check the efficacy of local dexalgin administration after laparoscopic surgery. Methods: We observed 51 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy. They were divided into two groups: the comparison (26 persons) and the main (25 persons). Comparison group patients were anesthetized in a standard way: 13 with ketoprofen (CGK) and 13 with dexalgin (CGD). The main group (MG) patients received 50 mg of dexalgin in 20 ml of saline subcutaneously in the places of trocar administration. Results: Extremely severe postoperative pain was absent in all patients. Severe pain was not noted by anyone MG patient, five (20%) patients were painless for 3 hours and 2 (8%) within 12 hours after the surgery. Narcotic analgesics were not used in this group. Nine patients in the comparison group (34.6%) complained of a severe night pain ≥12 hours after surgery. Four CGD patients needed the third dexalgin administration and one single dose of fentanyl. After two ketoprofen injections, opiates were used in 5 CGK patients (38.5%). In two patients second administration of narcotic analgesics was needed and in one case even third one. The pain syndrome during the first day in the MG was 2.1±0.5 points, the CGD - 2.5±0.2, the CGK - 2.2±0.3 points, and within the next two days - 1.4±0.4, 1.2±0.2 and 1.3±0.5 points, respectively. Conclusions: Thus, local application of dexalgin showed higher efficacy than other analgesics in the postoperative pain management.
