dc.description.abstractInnovative technologies in medical education have significant potential to improve skills and ensure continuous professional development of doctors. They facilitate the introduction of new approaches to learning and improve access to information resources. This study analyzes the impact of modern technologies on the effectiveness of professional development of healthcare professionals. Particular attention is focused on modern digital platforms, virtual reality (VR) technologies, simulation programs and distance learning, which provide doctors with access to the latest treatment methods. The advantages of using these technologies in the professional development of medical professionals are analyzed, and the challenges associated with their implementation in the educational process are considered. The main advantages of innovative technologies in medicine, such as interactivity, accessibility and individualization of learning, are identified.uk_UA
