A case of combined form of enteroviral infection (case report)

Abstract

Diseases caused by nonpoliomyelitic (Coxsackie and ЕCНО) enteroviruses have the great medical and social relevance in presence. The pathological process in this situation may have a generalized character aff ecting diff erent organs and tissue’s lesions. In such situations the course of the disease can be both asymptomatic and generalized. The diagnosis is commonly based on clinical features because of specifi c diagnostical diffi culties, that is proved by the given case report. So, we consider it is rational to carry out the PCR analysis of spinal fl uid, excrements, nasopharynx and pharynx swabs, vesicles content, etc., especially, due to longterm of traditional virological examination.
