Краткий осмотр (реферат): The species composition and the floristic structure of afforestation belt vegetation of the Left-Bank Middle-Dnipro region of Ukraine were studied. The data was obtained during geobotanical studies of forest belts conducted in 2019–2021. A quantitative analysis of the taxonomic, biomorphological structure and &#xD;
diagnostic species proportions of vegetation classes is presented with a detailed analysis of the anthropophyte fraction. The studied vegetation has transitional features between anthropogenic forests and natural broad-leaved forests. On the one hand, we noted the predominance of native species in tree and shrub layers &#xD;
with a differentiated layer structure and the predominance of a competitive type of strategy. On the other hand, we have established a relatively poor or even monotypic species composition with a significant participation of indigenous synanthropic as well as alien species in the herbaceous layer. The studied forest belts represent a distinctive and quasi-stable type of forest vegetation that requires further syntaxonomic study.
Описание: Forest belts play an important role in the Forest-Steppe landscape of Ukraine, where natural vegetation on watersheds is destroyed and replaced by agricultural land. They perform an environment-forming and landscape-stabilizing function and serve as a habitat for other organisms, including birds. The combination of all these factors contributes to the active research and preservation of protective afforestation belts in many countries and it is relevant today.</summary>

Краткий осмотр (реферат): У вітчизняній народній медицині зимолюбка зонтична відома як засіб, який підвищує діурез, дезінфікує &#xD;
сечові шляхи, підвищує виділення з організму азотистих і хлористих солей, знижує вміст цукру в крові, збуджує апетит, покращує травлення тощо. Трава зимолюбки багата на вміст біологічно активних речовин, зокрема арбутин, гомоарбутин, гіперозид, авікулярин, кемпферол, гірку речовину урсон, амірин (0,21%), ериколін, фенольні сполуки, органічні кислоти тощо. &#xD;
Тому дослідження, спрямовані на стандартизацію трави зимолюбки, є актуальними та обґрунтованими.
Описание: Листок Chimaphilla umbellata дорзовентральний, гіпостоматичний. На поверхні як адаксі альної, так і абаксіальної епідерми виражено залягають шари кутину, наявність якого підтвердили і гістохімічні реакції. Тип анатомічної будови стебла – безпучковий. Стебло вкрите перидермою з неоднорідним верхнім рядом клітин, залишків епідерми, зовнішня поверхня якої має добре розвинений кутикулярний шар, типовий для ксерофільних рослин, із бородавчас тими, сосочкоподібними трихомами. Проведені гістохімічні реакції із сировиною трави зимолюбки зонтичної свідчать про наявність таких біологічно активних речовин, як арбутин, таніни, ліпіди, воскоподібні речовини (кутин), лігнін.&#xD;
Висновок. Досліджено мікроскопічні діагностичні ознаки трави зимолюбки зонтичної, які будуть використані під час стандартизації лікарської рослинної сировини та розроблення методів контролю якості на сировину. За допомогою гістохі мічних реакцій у сировині виявлено ліпофільні сполуки (кутин та краплі ліпідної природи), дубильні речовини, арбутин, вияв лено клітини з лігніфікованими стінками.</summary>

Краткий осмотр (реферат): The reasons for the formation of cervical insufficiency are considred to be different fromviolation of the ratio of connective tissue elements due to its genetic characteristics to hormonal imbalance, and the predominance of pro-inflammatory factors of the immune system. A special attention is devoted to clinical situations, when cervical insufficiency was diagnosed in terms 22-24 weeks, the treatment means an alternative between emergency cerclage and obstetric pessary. The gaol of study  – to compare dynamic of vaginal microbiota and local cervical immune factors by use of different cervical insufficiency treatment methods. Materials and methods. 81 pregnant with cervical insufficiency, diagnosed in term 22-24 weeks were observed, 47 pregnant treated by cerclage procedure (group A), and 34 were fitted with an obstetric pessary (group B). 30 healthy pregnant women in the period of 22 weeks formed group C. In all patients before treatment and every two weeks after it microscopy of vaginal discharges according to Hay/Ison criteria and evaluation of cervical cytokines were performed. Results. The balance by obstetric pessary use of type I and type III by Hay-Ison criteria being similar before treatment with pregnancy prolongation is changing dramatically to the prevalence of bacterial vaginosis be use of obstetric pessary – from 30,3% and 21,2% in 2 weeks to 25,0% and 41,7% in 6  weeks, by cerclage – from 43,5% and 14,9% in 2 weeks to 30,3% and 17,5% in 6 weeks. Patients with cervical insufficiency have increased concentration of IL-6 and IL-10, but by use of obstetrical pessary additionally growth of IL-8 from 42,3 pg/ml in 2 weeks to 187,6 pg/ml in 6 weeks is registered as well as decreasing of SLPI from 1,5 μg/ml to 0,6 μg/ml. Both changes show progression of inflammation and are associated with worth pregnancy outcomes. In the same time, cerclage is assocated with growth of SLPI from 1,9 μg/ml to 4,3 μμg/ml, what is a marker of adequate immune reaction by pregnancy. There is a difference between the groups of cerclage and obstetric pessary in dynamic of microbiota changes – a tendency to increasing of laboratory criteria of bacterial vaginosis frequency in group of obstetric pessary in 2 weeks becomes significant in 4 and more in 6 weeks comparing with group of cerclage. Proper to cervical insufficiency high concentration of proinflammatory IL-6 and IL-10 by use of obstetrical pessary is complicated by increasing of IL-8 and decreasing of SLPI, what means an activation of cervical inflammation, by cerclage – a increasing of SLPI is observed, what is favourable for pregnancy.</summary>

Краткий осмотр (реферат): Abstract: оne of the important sources of flavonoid phytonutrients is basil (Ocimum basilicum L.).&#xD;
Vegetative and generative organs of which have essential oils, in particular 1,8-cineole, estragole and&#xD;
eugenol, ascorbic acid, a rich pigment complex, as well as polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant&#xD;
effects. Basil realizes its antioxidant potential through anthocyanins in varieties with purple leaves and&#xD;
flavonoids in varieties with green leaves. The level of their accumulation, as well as other biologically&#xD;
active substances, depends on the variety to which the plant belongs, the degree and spectrum of illumination, soil moisture, and mineral nutrition (Priss OP, et al., 2019; Joshi RK, 2014; Trichopoulou, et&#xD;
al., 2000). That is why our attention was drawn to two of the most popular basil varieties in Ukraine:&#xD;
«Dolly» with green leaves and «Rosie» with purple leaves. Our research was focused on morphological,&#xD;
anatomical and phytochemical studies of O. basilicum leaves of the above-mentioned raw materials. To&#xD;
realize this goal, microscopy was performed using State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine methods. Groups of&#xD;
biologically active substances were determined by standard qualitative reactions and the procedure was&#xD;
carried out using extracts or by applying directly to the sections. It was found that O. basilicum chanterelles of «Dolly» and «Rosie» varieties have a number of common and distinctive features. Both varieties&#xD;
of O. basilicum are characterized by the presence of dorsoventral, amphistomatic leaves, diacytic stomatal apparatus and biserial glands. The leaves differ in color, shape of the leaf blade margin, outlines&#xD;
of the upper epidermal cells, presence of idioblast cells with anthocyanins in the «Rosie» variety, and&#xD;
values of stomatal indices. The stomatal index is 27.5±2.3% for the «Dolly» variety and 25.4±2.5% for&#xD;
the «Rosie» variety. It was found that the leaves of O. basilicum varieties «Dolly» and «Rosie» contain&#xD;
such biologically active substances as anthocyanins, flavonoids, essential oil, triterpene saponins, especially expressed in the variety «Rosie» and tannins. The research results can be used in the development&#xD;
of a monograph on the raw materials of this species.</summary>
